SUBJECT: 2006 Water Allocation

The Agency notified us today that DWR has increased the SWP allocation for 2006 from 80% to 100% of Contractor entitlement requests. Based on this, your 2006 allocation is increased from 80% to 100% of the entitlement described on Exhibit A of your Water Supply Contract.

We are continuing groundwater banking activities on behalf of interested Water Users with either Friant or Article 21 water. Article 21 water will be available for another week; however the District has minimum contract entitlement deliveries that must be met for April. Accordingly, I am not sure how much Article 21 water we will be able to book in April.
