SUBJECT: 2006 Water Allocation

DATE: December 15, 2005

The Department of Water Resources (DWR) indicated today that it intends to increase the SWP allocation for 2006 from 55% to 65% of Contractor entitlement requests. Based on this, your 2006 allocation is increased from 55% to 65% of the entitlement described on Exhibit A of your Water Supply Contract.

DWR will update 2006 water supply figures as weather conditions develop. We will notify you as soon as we receive any new information.
