SUBJECT: 2006 Water Allocation

DATE: March 27, 2006

The Agency notified us today that DWR will increase the SWP allocation for 2006 from 70% to 80% of Contractor entitlement requests. Based on this, your 2006 allocation is increased from 70% to 80% of the entitlement described on Exhibit A of your Water Supply Contract.

DWR continues to make Article 21 water available and Agency staff estimates the Article 21 water will be available through the end of March.

DWR will review the April 1 snow survey data in early April and will update 2006 water supply figures about mid-April. We will notify you as soon as we receive any new information.
